Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card Offer Details

Beginning July 11, 2024, small business owners that apply for the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card can earn 120,000 bonus points after spending $8,000 on purchases in the first three months after account opening.

That’s 20,000 Ultimate Rewards points higher than the standard welcome offer. Best of all, the minimum spending requirement is not increasing; it will still be $8,000 in the first three months, but you’ll get 20,000 more points. The annual fee is $95.

You also will continue to earn 3 points per dollar on the first $150,000 spent on travel and select business categories each account anniversary year and 1 point per dollar on all other purchases.

What Can You Do With 120,000 Ultimate Rewards Points?

From cash back and gift cards to transfer partners and elevated redemptions via Chase’s travel portal, the answer to what you can do with 120,000 Ultimate Rewards points is: A lot.

For travelers, 120,000 points is worth:

  • Up to $1,500 when redeemed through the Chase Travel℠ portal

Transferring your Ultimate Rewards to Chase’s transfer partners can give you even more value. I recently redeemed my Ultimate Rewards to help cover the cost of my family trip to Machu Picchu.

Nontravelers can also get value from their points. You can redeem your rewards for cash back, gift cards and to cover purchases through the Apple Ultimate Rewards store. You’ll get:

  • Up to $1,200 when redeemed for cash back or gift cards

Business-Specific Perks

Earning and redeeming Ultimate Rewards is great, but other cards have similar offerings. So why should you consider the Ink Business Preferred over other business credit cards? The additional perks give you ongoing value beyond the first year of card ownership, which not all cards can tout. Additional benefits include:

  • Auto rental collision damage waiver
  • Cellphone insurance
  • Extended warranty protection
  • Elevated earning rates on spending for popular business categories
  • Free employee cards
  • Insights into your business
  • Travel cancellation and interruption insurance
